“Love this hotel. Staff are very friendly and it's a great mix of apartment (separate bedroom and full kitchen with supplies, large closet) and hotel, room service, 24hr reception. Lap pool is wonderful, just please enforce the no kids rule and make them stay in main pool area. Much more space than you get for the money elsewhere and while luxurious, still charming and personal.”

“Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night at Palacina The Residence & Suites which was a shame as the accommodation was HUGE with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen & sitting area which I'm sure would be a nice stop to chill out before / after a long haul flight......”

The greenery and the way it was managed, the entrance, the setup, the reception and the most of all the people working there; they were all very welcoming and caring. Not only the staff but the management checked up on us at least once a day to see if our stay was going fine and if we had a good night sleep. Food was superb. We are surely going back again to this place and all of us plan to take our families for a leisure trip also. I would give this facility 11 out of 10.”
