“Rooms were spacious and really tidy and well equipped - with a small fridge so great for travelling through. The building itself has been really well restored and the staircase is something else - like an English country estate! Great park right outside the front door for walks and Children play area.”

“WIFI mostly stable, and, importantly, secured. Friendly staff. Very clean. Good breakfast (not included, but moderately priced). No restaurant or bar at the hotel (some food could be ordered, we did not try that), but a very good restaurant 100 meters away. Nice old building in a quiet area close to a large park, still only 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre, a frequent tram line line stops near the hotel.”
“This hotel is brimming with Old World charm. Stefan, at the desk was very approachable and kind. There is a lovely park across the street, which happens to also to be the way to the bridge to Poland. Each day our outings began and ended with a stroll through the park. Our large room contained a vestibule perfect for luggage storage and we overlooked a lovely outdoor eating area. International channels (BBC and CNN international) were welcome on the TV. Wifi was excellent throughout our stay.”
