“The hotel is located next to the river with a lovely rooftop terrace with great views. It takes about 5 minutes to walk into the hub of Florence and we felt the location was spot on. Inside the hotel it is clean and well presented and the customer service is exceptional and they went out of there way to ensure all of our needs were met. Our room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and a clean, modern bathroom. There is a small car park at the hotel, which you can park in for €25 a day, which we felt was reasonable given that parking in Florence isn’t the easiest. If you are planning on parking it’s worth notifying the hotel in advance to ensure you get a place. We really enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect base for long days exploring Florence. When we go back I’m sure we’ll stay here again.”
