“I have never felt so welcomed by a hotel. The staff bent over backward to ensure our stay was perfect. They even went so far as to help us book reservations to museums and restaurants. All of their service was personalized based on your desires. Breakfast was great ( No one in Italy can cook bacon properly but everything else was in copious amounts and delicious.) Very clean. It felt like a home away from home and I would recommend them to anyone traveling to Florence. Perfect location.”
“When you opened the huge windows we could hear the music in the square such as violins etc really authentic. The room literally overlooked the square right in front of the dome with restaurants and coffe shops below. We were in the heart of all the attractions. Closed the windows and couldn't hear a sound. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The Royal suite makes you feel you are in a palace. Just huge beautiful rooms.”
