I was completely surprised when I learned that one of the front desk clerks was only sixteen. He is well spoken and incredibly professional! Our room was perfect; much larger than any other property I've stayed in throughout Italy. The furnishings were beautiful and the hotel was very clean throughout. The only thing I think thy could improve upon is the breakfast buffet. What we ate was delicious but the selections were few; possibly because we arrived after most guests had finished.”
