“What a fabulous hotel. The view from my window was incredible both late afternoon and morning. Check-in was a breeze as we were greeted by friendly staff. The dinner was exceptional and the breakfast buffet was plentiful with the opportunity to make fresh waffles. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless and there was plenty of room. The accommodations were well worth the price. All of my group was well pleased with the hotel. It is so beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for a fun shopping day in Seiffen. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit the area.”
“It was very comfortable room with big bathroom. Bathroom got huge mirror and very handy 5x zoom little mirror, beside everything in room was as classy as 4 star hotel should be. There is a spa area with many different services. They served really tasty breakfast with scrambled eggs many different salads, sausages itp This pleace is situated in very nice area with many shops with handmade wooden toys and whole area got those wooden toys huge size on the street.”

“Wir konnten im Hotel noch einen Tag nachbuchen und bekamen sogar noch eine tolle Sweet. Vielen Dank dafür!! Das Frühstück war umfangreich, traditionell erzgebirgisch und sehr lecker. Es wurde alles sofort nachgelegt und die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam. Die Ortsmitte von Seiffen konnte vom Hotel aus auch per Spaziergang gut erlaufen werden.”
