“The hotel was beautiful and would definitely stay here again. A little far from the main town and tourist attractions but 8€ in a taxi so was not a problem. Huge shopping centre behind the hotel which we visited corolne I think it was called for food 3 nights out of our 4 night stay!”

“The hotel is quite a distance from the tourist centre, but only 4 stops (10 minutes) on the subway system. Don't think you can walk it, but you cold also try a taxi or Uber - about 20mins and quite cheap £10. The main hotel and rooms are of an excellent standard - very well kept decor and immaculate rooms. The standard of service is generally quite high, but surprised to find main restaurant closed at 21:30 (and even if you're already eating there you can't order dessert at 21:32.) Not sure about the room service - they had a copy of the room service menu at the bar, but wouldn't let me take i to the table to read & discuss ("it's my only one") Pool and fitness area is on the top floor (24th) and has views across Prague - we meant to try the Spa, but ran out of time.”

“The views room our room and the pool were amazing. It was very close to Pankrac metro and a shopping centre. I had a body scrub and massage which was very relaxing, my skin has never felt so smooth! I highly recommend the female masseuse, Darell. The beds were comfy. Free moisturiser, shower gel, shower cap, sewing kit. The showers in the pool were proper cubicles, ok a bit see through but it was a relief not to have a time limit like the push button showers.”
“A modern classy hotel close to city centre. The top floor swimming pool and spa are the best in Prague (city views from the hot tub!). The breakfast is delicious with a broad range of choices including gluten and dairy free options.”
