“Lovely welcome from staff. Went the extra mile to print off a map for me and ensured i had hotel's address so I could get a taxi back later on. Every member of staff was very pleasant from check in, night desk man to breakfast lady. Easy to get into the city centre, loads of buses on main road 1 minute away. Taxi back from centre will cost only £8 max. Lots of choice at breakfast so if staying, book a breakfast. Free wi-fi is available and worked fine. The en-suite was clean and high pressured shower was a bonus.”

“Good location near to concert venue, car parking within hotel grounds, welcoming visible sign easily seen from road. Hotel bright and cheerful, staff very helpful, i'm not good with stairs, this had been taken into account as our room was on first floor, the stairs were wide and negotiable. Bedroom was of a good size and well equipped. Large variety of choices for breakfast.”

“Read some worrying tripadvosor reviews on way to hotel, and from outside the hotel looked a bit shabby. However room was newly refurbed and a pleasant and clean surprise. Shower could have been more powerful but was good enough.”
