“The breakfast on Sunday morning was not good I expect mainly due to the nature that all guests come down together and late. Kept running out of items on the hot buffet and appeared to be only 1 waitress on duty running around on her own trying her best. She did manage to keep smiling however and tried to sort things out.”

“We found the room to not have been cleaned properly and this was reported to the staff immediately who were extremely apologetic and offered us free breakfast. We then found guests' clothing on the corridor floor which the housemaid had seen but ignored, again the reception staff dealt with this immediately. All staff (except housekeeping) were brilliant. However, when we went for breakfast on Sunday morning, there was no hot food left so the offer of a free breakfast wasn't properly followed through. Shame because we do intend to visit Peterborough again.”
