“Staff were amazing at the hotel. Nothing was too much to ask for! Always there to help, offer recommendations. Requested extra towels/robes for room, it was delivered to room within 5 minutes. Great service! Chuck, Jason, mario, the front desk team, door man all great guys! Size of room was perfect considering it has previously had poor reviews. The view from the room was not great but didn’t spend much time in room anyway so not a huge issue. Restaurant Covina great for food and drinks. Did the best English breakfast tea in nyc!”
