“Happy hour provided just the right amount of food after our flight from Canada. Loved our introduction to Japanese breakfast (I really like it) and they had some of the best croissants outside of France. Bathrooms had everything needed including English instructions. Awesome location that made it really easy to explore Yokohama on foot, even in the rain (umbrellas available at the desk). Great variety of restaurants close by. Hotel did an excellent job of keeping to Balinese theme throughout hotel.”
“A hidden pearl, low price, small but very well organized rooms, high tech, and a lot included. evening club with light meal and free bar, wine and sweets available all day. highly recommended place”
“The staff was so friendly and very anxious to please. Only one spoke English, but we were able to collectively communicate.”
“Very nice staff, free snacks and drinks every evening.”
“We like the free bar and free movies. Although we hardly watch the movies but free is good. Bed was comfortable and the bath tub with the jacuzzi was a plus.”
“Staff were incredibly friendly and polite. There are all sorts of free pampering lotions and potions in the lobby and a free bar with beers and snacks for 1.5 hours in the evenings. Breakfast was a mix of Japanese and other foods and varied day to day. The hotel is located in the lively Soaplands area of the city but feels very safe with lots of places to eat and dirnk nearby.”
“The facilities of the room, the service of its staff, complimentary snacks and stuffs---all were surprisingly considerate!”
“I loved the staff, the room and the food. They went out of their way to make us comfortable.”
“Bali themed hotel, come to forget you live in Japan haha. The amenities corner was plentiful and filled with heaps of useful things. About a 15 minute walk to China town and then onwards to the park area and Red Brick warehouse, 5-10 walk minutes to two different train stations.”
“The kindness and warm welcome of the staff. It was a fist experience in Japan, they were great ambassadors! Thank you to them, rooms 506 and 507”
