“As soon as I booked the room, they contacted me to let me know that they can arrange a transportation from the airport to Patong Bay Guesthouse, which I gladly accepted and I am happy I did so since I had a late night flight and the price is whatever taxis charge without the hustle. The owner came out and greet me upon my arrival and the best part is him and his wife arranged the islands tour for me right at my arrival ( booking needs to be done in advance, but they did it it within couple hours). I checked in at 2AM and at 7:30 AM the tour bus was there to pick me up. Amazing. They booked the tour with the best island tour I have seen so far. As soon I came back from my island tour, I had enough time to eat lunch and they arrange my transportation back to the airport. They made my Phuket visit incredibly smooth. Very friendly, and helpful. Patong Bay House is definitely the pace I would stay when I visit Phuket.”

Only a short 5 minute walk to Patong Beach and there was no noise at night which meant we got a great nights sleep.Trevor, the owner, bent over backwards for us. He was polite and friendly, as well as offering us tips and guidance to ensure we got the most of our stay in Phuket. I can't recommend the man enough for all his help. Whether it's places to see or places to eat, or even if you wanted to save some money, Trevor was there to help. We'll definitely be coming back. ”

“The lady at the hotel was very sweet . Making every effort to feel us comfortable.She also took effort to make our trip lovely by helping us get good deals for the phi phi and james bond island tours and also last minute booking for Phuket Fanta sea, and also the half day site seeing tour of Island by taxi (though personally i did not enjoy the half day site seeing at all) She really got us great deals. Since we were very late on our first day the couple was sweet to wait for us till we arrive and was at the door to welcome us The House lady was very sweet. and was always there to help. The location is quite close to happenings places in the city , so very comfortable if staying late out. They also provided an extra key to the entrance of the building which was great especially when we were late”
