“Loved it. Comfy room and super awesome unique bathroom. The food was excellent, first experience of rice hoppers and Sri Lankan fish curry. They asked us when we would like to have breakfast and made us delicious meals both days we were there. We were lucky enough to have the hotel mainly to ourselves which also meant we had a beautiful pool to ourselves. The owner is lovely and can help you book tours, drivers etc. Its a really nice landing into Sri Lanka. I would highly recommend.”
“Amazing bathroom! The new extension containing seating and library was such a lovely building but largely unused, adding a couple of sofas or day beds in there would give guests an extra place to sit and relax. The pool was delightful, food also very good (try the spicy noodles and curry). Street food is also really available nearby. There is a small convenience store just near the property but we didn't realise until our last day. A little more local information in the rooms would be helpful. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would stay again. Quiet and relaxing location but still very close to bars and restaurants, easily commutable by tuktuk for 200-250SLR. Perfect for couples. The manager Christopher is also a great singer, if you get the chance ask him for a rendition of an Elvis song or two, you won't be disappointed :) Also watched the staff climbing and collecting coconuts one morning from a tree in the garden, which was fun. Lovely stay, thank you!”
