“Rooms are quiet, the staff tries to ensure everything”
“We decided to stay in a nice place for the last couple of days on our trip in Sri Lanka. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a free drink and cold towel to ease the sweat off.We were taken to our room by the Bell boy who pleasant enough.The hotel room was nicely presented and the prices of the mini bar was ok. There was some over sight of work like over painting or silicone on the show area.The food we had via room services was alright but a little to much salt on the fries. The pool was really quiet and relaxing. The gym was ok with 2 running machines, a cross trainer and weights but it was like a sauna in there. The pool boys were really helpful and so were the bar staff when we asked for some teabags.Only criticism we have is the delay in our clothes from the in house laundry and the lack of towels and toilet paper when we had our room cleaned.I would stay here again!”
“The rooftop pool is amazing and just really great on a long hot day in the city! The travel and information desk also is very helpful in helping you find your way around and arrange your further travels.”
