“It is so centrally located. The bed is so comfortable and the staff are great. Jason in particular was exceptional. I lost my wallet and he reviewed the CCTV and saw me putting it in a plastic bag which I hadn't checked. Saved me cancelling all my cards. What a hero. I will definitely stay again when next in Perth! Thanks Jason :) ”

“The hotel is very well located in the centre of town. My room on the 6th floor was well appointed and comfortable. I arrived at about 9am simply to leave my luggage but I was pleased to be allocated a room at that early stage.”
“The room was small, just perfect for me travelling alone, the bed was comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is very central. I chose not to breakfast at the Swedish hotel across the street and found a great little coffee shop "Shots" around the corner on Hay street. Eggs on toast for $11.50. Everything was very clean. The room temperature was perfect and I did not need to use the air-con. Loved the old photos of the hotel construction in the reception area.”

“The staff were all extremely helpful and it was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. The bed linen and towels were changed everyday and it was spotless around the hotel. We used the wake up service and they called us a shoffer (new taxi service who don’t rip you off) to get us to the airport. Everything was perfect.”
