“Hotel room was very clean and refreshed daily as desired. Breakfast is healthy, delicious, lots of variety to choose from, really amazing! Staff were friendly and professional, especially David who was so helpful in guiding me to major attractions and the best places to shop. He even provided a map of the city and helped me understand the subway system which was very helpful. I really enjoyed the authentic Chinese restaurants he recommended! Overall, i felt like i was at home away from home. Excellent food, great comfort, exceptional staff, and great location (next door to the entrance of the subway + lots of nearby shopping malls, night entertainment, and authentic Chinese cuisines). All these wonderful amenities at your doorstep at a very reasonable price! Highly recommended! I can't wait to book my next travel there and chill with my pentahotel shanghai family ;)”
