“The Pentland was a nice quiet Hotel which suited me as I had just driven 10 hours delivering a vehicle for a customer and didn't want a noisy evening. The bar area was lovely and the clientele very sociable as were the staff. The single room was more than adequate and clean as was the bed linen and towels etc etc. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and it was warm so again no problems there. The main reason that I booked in at the Pentland was because it was so near to the railway station maybe a 5 - 8 minute walk which again was just what I required. Therefore overall an Ideal and not expensive Hotel.”
