“Excellent. Rate 10 are not enough for this hotel. The staffs are super duper helpful and friendly. They provided extra miles services, such as offered us hot coffee and homemade cake when we arrived at midnight, offered us a ride, and many many. The location are prefect. The back of the hotel are 360 panoramic view of all 5 hot air balloon launch site. Walking distance to open air Musuem, rose valley, sunset point amd many. The wifi and the room are excellent. The breakfast are super. We highly recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed and love this place. We felt like a home for us. Really wish to go back again.”

Especially Serkan, Bekir and Lütfiye and all others, they make you feel very welcome and comfortable, they are always there to help you with anything, from the plan of the day to a coffee served to your room in the evening or taking care of your car under the snow... just amazing!
