“An excellent location right next to the sea. Really genuinely friendly staff. Great food and beer. Just one caveat ... you can't have bar food in the restaurant. (I like to have fish and chips on Fridays. It was on the bar menu, but not on the restaurant menu. Bah!) This used to be the case in many hotels across the country. Looks like it still persists in Cornwall. Oh well, being 30 years behind everywhere else is just one of the attractive features of the west country!”
