“1.櫃檯人員親切，訂宿兩天還協助升等到有浴缸的房間。 2.要求需要嬰兒床，連沒提出需求的嬰兒澡盆都一併準備好了，非常貼心！ 3.兩天行程必須攜帶不少需要委託冷凍的嬰兒副食品，每次麻煩櫃檯人員協助取出一部份再冰回冷凍庫時，從沒見過人員不悅的臉色，真的覺得很窩心！ 4.浴室中刻意將使用後不丟棄的牙刷放置好想再連續使用第二個晚上時，發現次日清潔的房務員相當細心觀察，非但沒丟掉牙刷還將它們整齊放置好外，另外還附上備品，讓我感到非常的人性化！ 5.一樓的親子廁所非常乾淨舒適，完全能容納娃娃車進入！”
