“This is the second time my daughter and I stayed at this property. We really enjoyed our time, as the place was beautiful, close to public transportation, in a great area with restaurants and shops close by, and very clean. The staff was very professional and willing to help us all the time. We will definitely go back to this hotel the next time we are in Santiago.”

“Staff was very helpful and courteous; room was clean and beds very comfortable; hot buffet breakfast was fresh and very good. We had written the hotel several months in advance to request soy milk with breakfast (which apparently is not as common in Chile as in the United States), and they had that note in their file and the item on hand, which spoke volumes about their attention to guest satisfaction. Also, the dining room provides outdoor porch seating for breakfast, which we greatly enjoyed. The hotel is non-smoking, which is a huge plus as well (didn't realize that that is not the standard in Chile, as it is in the US).”
