“This rating is for the Grand Hotel as the Plaza hotel we booked was closed for renovations. Offered a welcome beverage upon arrival. Bedding included a sheet on top of comforter, a plus! Amazing breakfast with huge variety. Enclosed shelf behind bed was lit and gave a nice ambiance to the room. Good/different toiletries. Given a package of Quadrifogli al bergamotto cookies at checkout :)”
