Ristorante di altissimo livello e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Camere non grandissime ma molto comode e con una vista spettacolare. Se avete la fortuna di incontrare il proprietario lasciatevi coinvolgere nelle iniziative locali. Ogni anno in agosto si tiene l'iniziativa benefica Safari Supper, che vi immergerà nello spirito celtico di Islay e vi farà gustare ottima cucina insieme a dei fantastici whisky in un'atmosfera da favola!”
