“The hotel is magnificent, with gorgeous views and landscaping. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We had booked a "family room" which from photos and description sounded large, but was actually only a queen bed with no balcony or other sleeping area. The staff were gracious enough to be able to move us to a larger, more spacious room, which made a huge difference. I returned to my room one day to find a birthday cake and sparkling wine, which was a lovely surprise.”
