“I travelled with my wife and sister-in-law for a family get-together but as we had booked separately my sister-in-law was in a different part of the hotel. When she went to her room the receptionist realised she was struggling with the door and immediately went to help, he then also realised she was disabled so, without having to ask he changed her room to a disabled one near us. I thought this showed an exceptional level of service and customer care. The rest of the staff continued to be as polite and helpful through the whole stay.”
