- The hotel is located close to Dubai International Airport. When you arrive into Terminals 1 & 3, after you leave the baggage area, follow signs for the 'Hotel Buses', look for the Premier Inn shuttle bus. The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. If you are travelling to/from Terminal 2 – the shuttle bus drop off and Pick up will be between 3 AM to 10 PM. The pickup will be from the departure area.<br><br>Please note that guests below 18 years need to be accompanied by an adult to check-in.<br><br>All guests must present original, valid identification at check-in, such as a passport or one of the following:<br><br>- Emirates ID for UAE nationals and UAE residents<br>- National ID for GCC country residents<br>- Driver’s license for UAE nationals only

“The staff here have always been very helpful during our stay here - that's why we came back! Plus my kids enjoyed the warm pool - definitely nice after sitting in airplanes for hours on end. My family also likes the food at the restaurant - a bit pricey, but then again, it's on location.”

“Room was clean, the reception staff was good, however the luggage personal was not very friendly. Warm water in the swimming pool was great. Gym was not up to the mark. No nearby restaurants or bar feels uncomfortable. I could not find any interesting tv channels as well.”
