“Basically booked a family room to visit our eldest daughter who recently commenced her studies at Lancaster university. This was the nearest hotel accommodation that was affordable and suitable for a family of four that I was able to find. (Up 1 junction on the M6 from the university turn off.)”

“I got a triple room and it was huge compared to other rooms Ive stayed in. It was a tad hot, but there was a massive standing fan which cooled the room down a lot. The place was lovely and clean and the grandson loved the huge TV on the wall and the purple up light behind the double bed. Compared to some "posh" hotels Ive stayed in, this was a palace. The lift was tiny, but the stairs wasnt bad at all. so all in all a lovely place to stay with a decently priced little pub/child friendly restaurant next door.”
