“We loved the meal deal two course dinner with a glass of wine or pint of beer and full breakfast for 26 pounds fantastic value plus they phoned bofore we arrived to see if we wanted to reserve a table for dinner”
“OMG I wish every hotel could be like this: Affordable, homey, fabulous customer service (particularly Coco at the front desk -- an awesome, helpful, supersweet and funny person who shares my nickname!), comfy room, great shower, and fabulous breakfast buffet with sooo many choices! I could've also had a custom-made omelet but when the server mentioned made-to-order porridge on the cold and rainy morning, I jumped on that and wow was it yummy. It was nice that the restaurant is also open at night, bc I was very hungry when I arrived the previous night. Love this place and next time my travels bring me thru Heathrow I'm staying here. (One tip: Make SURE you have the right property before your cab takes you there. In my fatigue I gave the driver the wrong address I'd looked up the wrong way. He triple checked with me and I ended up at a much bigger, non-homey Premier Inn. Had to take another taxi here once I realized my mistake! Was worth the move, though!)”
