“The staff were really nice and very helpful. The beds were wonderfully comfortable as always.I stayed prior to my son's wedding and I cannot praise Premier Inn enough. The staff all showed genuine interest in myself and my family and couldn't have been more helpful, even arranging a last minute booking for the best man and usher so that we could all enjoy the night before the wedding.The day before the wedding a note was left in my room wishing us all a lovely day. Also a small bottle of wine and box of chocolates. I was blown away by this lovely personal touch. I have stayed many times in Premier Inns and have never been disappointed. Well done everyone ☺️”
