“As a previous room attendant & supervisor myself I'm always naturally looking at aspects of my hotel rooms that would be missed by your usual guest but I must say you could tell the lady that cleaned our room before our arrival Marie really took pride in her job. As a family we were impressed with little extras such as nappy sacks being provided with our room, as it felt more personalised and that it had been acknowledged that we had young children on the booking. They also were happy to give us a bigger bin bag on request & provide extra nappy sacks for nappies, as we had twins our room bin filled quickly. We stayed in room 14 on the ground floor and found it large, very clean and quiet. Hotel was in a great location and all the staff we came across were polite, friendly and happy to help. Would definitely stay again.”
