“We found that the girl on reception was excellent. The breakfast was very good for 5 euro Would recommend this hotel”
“The large double bed was comfortable and there was a large bunk bedfitted across the pillows. 3 adults could sleep here, but hardlyanywhere for them to stand if not sleeping. You can book an evening mealat the next door hotel for 12 euros and it was excellent quality from aninspired menu, and if you load up your salad plate (from a fantasticarray) then you wont be hungry. Location was away from the hussle ofAngouleme, but just beside the main n10 road. This could mean noisyrooms, but the metal shutters worked well on keeping noise out. It is3Km to the centre ville (walkable) but a bus stops on the road outside.Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, ample parking.”

“Angouleme is beautiful and well worth a visit (but it's a 30 minute walk from the hotel) The hotel was clean and comfortable and easy to find and good for a cheap overnight stop.”

“The room was great, however the bed was very hard and sadly I had booked this hotel due to previous reviews saying that it had a comfortable bed. We ate in the on site restaurant and must say the food was great and plentiful. My advice would be not to accept an end room as the noise of people going up and down the metal steps wakes you up.”

“Although the rooms were compact there was everything you needed. Clean comfy beds. Shower room was very small but spotlessly clean. The restaurant adjoining the next door hotel was excellent, food superb plus a 15%discount on cost of meal as we were staying at the Premiere Classe. It was an ideal stopover on our journey driving down to Spain. Value for money and would definitely use again.”
