“Excellent location in central Shrewsbury but difficult to access via car. Staff were really helpful. We had a twin room which was quite spacious. Breakfast was tasty with a good choice. The tea tasted great, which the waitress informed us was due to the water! Good access to shops and restaurants. Would definitely come here again.”

“The staff at the hotel we're fantastic ! they really understand how to make guest feel welcome. Upon arrival we we're offered a complimentary sherry and made a fuss of our baby. There's no onsite parking at this hotel, so instead they valet park the car. It was actually pretty easy as long as you don't forget anything in the car. Breakfast orders we're taken at the table which makes a refreshing change these days so it was very relaxing & enjoyable experience. We'd stay again if we visited.”
