“We stayed in the Mandarin Apartment in late August. Charming and stylish, well-located right by a canal, and not far from major museums. We enjoyed the decor, comfortable bed and sofa bed, full-size refrigerator, TV, emergency umbrellas in the hall, and welcome bottle of wine. Good bathroom as well, including a towel warmer! A terrific restaurant is right next door and a cute coffee place at the corner. The owner and manager are friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartment is small, but that is typical in Amsterdam, and it is cleverly designed. We had no issue with stairs since we were on the ground floor.”
