“The toilet and bathroom doors didn't shut, it was reported but not mended by the time we left. The evening bar man was abrupt and rude. Closing at 2300, 15 minutes before he was no where to be seen so the doorman found him and he then said the bar was shut. Not helpful , poor service The breakfast ladies are amazing and great and brilliant at their jobs”
