“This was our second stay at the Protea Franschhoek and it will not be our last, we have found our very own 'home from home' spot which we truly love! The hotel offers everything which we require for a one or two night stay: picture perfect, super friendly staff, comfortable rooms, fabulous breakfasts, great evening dining options and a lovely little bar and terrace for evening drinks. We can walk to all that Franschhoek has to offer within one or two minutes and yet, in one instant, escape the hustle and bustle of the main street and find ourselves cocooned back in the peaceful embrace of our wonderful little hotel. We cannot recommend it highly enough!”
