Despite the PA speaking to the General Manager stating that the Company Credit Card had been utilised - we were assured that the stay had been paid - our Director had to enter a verbal altercation with the Reception staff to clarify this point. Your online reservations is therefore not user friendly if the payment section is not valid nor verified at the time of the booking!”
