“It was terrible. It went alone as I wanted to visit the temple but upon arrival I was told they don't give rooms for people who go alone. The manager called my family to check if I am genuine which is disgusting. Booking.com should provide instructions to customers while booking if the hotel doesn't allow solo travellers. I have used this website countless times to make hotel bookings but this is the first time I had problems. Very bad experience.”
