“Staff were very helpful, Robin on the front desk was patient and kind. Russian check in girl, Mariia, I think, was excellent too. Breakfast was ridiculously good. Room balcony could have done with an ashtray. I had left a bag at the previous hotel and the front desk and porter staff arranged for a taxi bike to go to U Tapao to collect it and return it to the hotel. Porters were excellent, friendly and helpful.”

“We were lucky to have an executive room so had access to the Sunset Lounge. The staff here were wonderful and we loved going there for breakfast, coffees, nibbles and complimentary evening drinks. The gym was great, front desk were all helpful and the air conditioning was beautiful when you stepped in the foyer. The shuttle bus to town was handy and overall the experience was wonderful. In fact we would definitely love to come back.”
