“Breakfast is the money not worth it. Too expensive. But you have big selection. Opposite of Hotel is Panwa Cafe, they offer also good breakfast for 50% less. Great Restaurants opposite of Hotel, spend approx, 1000 THB for 2 adults, 4 dishes, 2 beers, 2 sodas. Hotel has nice Pool Area, Cocktails great taste. Hotel has got 5 Stars, would give it in Europe 4 Stars, but absolutely ok for Thai Standards.”

“The hospitality at every level (Reception, Bar, Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Spa and Gym, and when crossing staff in corridors) was a remarkable and memorable experience. The kindness of staff and constant availability to help, assist, and even by facilitating the making of surprise gift to my spouse for our wedding anniversary, or providing us with an earlier breakfast opportunity made our stay unforgettable. Complimentary water was provided on demand, electric anti-mosquito diffuser was made available throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of food, drinks (including detox drink), and fruits. The spa facilities are very relaxing and the staff very caring and professional. The gym area including a steam bath and a sauna was open 24/7. Very nice sunrise and sunset moments.”

The place is gorgeous, the rooms are huge, comfortable and clean, the food at both Aqua and Edge Pool Bar is phenomenal. The pool bar doubles as a Thai restaurant in the evening. And the staff is super friendly and warm and their hospitality is unrivaled - everywhere you see them, they're ready to serve and do anything/everything for you with a smile. Pullman Phuket should be really proud of its people! Special thanks to the staff at Aqua, we looked forward each morning not only to the sumptuous breakfast buffet but more so to see and talk to the staff who made our mornings even more beautiful.
