“We loved the swimming pool, room excellent however the pillows were very uncomfortable, plenty of them but all different sizes and quality. The cleanliness a problem. The balcony not cleaned all week and due to wind and gardners lopping palms caused lot of debris on balcony. Floors not cleaned at all. Very disappointed after spending week in resort could only have 1hr extended checkout. Our flight left cairns 7pm. Our checkout was 11am and extended to 12. We spent $2000 for our 6 night stay, thought later checkout fair.”
