“Everything was a treat. The service was faultless and super friendly. I was asked many times 'can I get anything for you?' Offered to organise plates to our room to eat our quick meal (takeaway), took our wet towels from us after having free access to the Aquatic Centre. Lovely lemongrass aroma of reception was very uplifting, not to mention, Jasmine iced tea and lemongrass scented moist face cloths available on arrival and for every time we stepped in from being outside in the warm weather, it was such a delight and very thoughtful. Beds were lovely like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was abundant, choices and service were excellent, coffee and hot choc ..amazing! We all felt very important and we appreciate every little thing that was made available to us. Thankyou to everyone, including housekeeping who always greeted us so nicely in the hallways. I can't wait to make another reservation!”
