“There was spiders in the room, cookies behind the bed and multiple bugs , then they send ulme to another room. And when opening the door there was people sleeping on that room already!! Then they gave me a 3rd room. And when i got in the bed I was itchy everywhere had to sleep fully clothed then put my clothe in garbage bags ! I will not stay at this hotel ever ever again and to be honest this should be closed for business. I also have pictures to prove this review , and never got refunded or comp”
“Nothing, this place is a dump. I was sent to an occupied room the first time, my couldn't open the door the 2nd time. They sent the housekeeper to open the door the 3rd time. My window treatment wouldn't close. Every time I left my room it was so hot my glasses fogged up.”
“The pool was dirty with dirt and leaves . The front desk clerks were not friendly they seemed annoyed with people that were coming in to check in . I have stayed there a few times and have always enjoyed it that's why I keep coming back but if this was my first experience u would not of come back .also when I called to book the appointment hey said they would honor my government discount when I got there and they did not matter a fact it was almost 45 dollars more then what I was quoted on booking.com .”
