“Your hotel is not cheap yet you need to pay for internet in rooms, how ridiculous. The shower head in the bath is very low and cannot be adjusted, the towels are all bilge and old, the bed is very hard and uncomfortable. cable reception in room is poor. The air from the AC has a musky smell making it difficult to sleep. I had a transport problem and the staff could not assist me to get transport to go where I wanted in the early morning, their excuse was that their only taxi contact was only available after 8am, that is very terrible for a hotel that size.”
