“The beds were very comfortable, and though the pillows were a little lumpy, there were 3 per bed, so they worked. Room darkening shade worked well and we had a view of the pool and the trees beyond from the room. The shower was great and the AC kept the room comfortable with minimum noise. Nice to have a small fridge to keep drinks cold.”
“Your process on Booking is a scam. When I booked I did not see anynotation that there was no way to change anything about my reservation.In fact the email conformation had two buttons to click to change myreservation but the fine print says no. This is a reason to never useyour service again.”

We had a good spread for breakfast every morning and when asked on checkout, we were given recommendations and directions to see the smokies in the short amount of time we had avaliable. Nothing was too much for the team there!”
