“The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were initially assigned a room with an unusual odor. Staff was kind enough to give us a different room without any difficulty or extra charges. The location was prime. It is in the middle of everything between downtown and the Fox City shopping center. I would recommend this hotel if your sole purpose is shopping at the Fox city Mall and commuting to the down town area for entertainment.”
