“The front desk staff and location were the only highlight of my stay. The staff were courteous though not very knowledgeable about using front desk systems checking in and sighing out took quite a bit of time. I was truly disappointed with the stay, I was expecting a two bed room and it was a single room and I had to pay extra for a pull out bed. I stayed 2 nights and had to ask for my room to be cleaned! Top it off, the only available room was an outside motel style room that was not clear when viewing the pictures online, finally the complimentary breakfast was a joke, I did not eat anything but a fruit either day of my two day stay ...this was not what I signed up for! It really over promised and under-delivered!”
