“when we arrived the lady at the front desk could not find our reservation, instead of making excuses, she found us a room and was great! this could have been a terrible, but because the lady at the front desk toook care of us it was great! we stayed May 13th and checked in close to 11:00 PM I wanted to mention this in case the management sees this review they can look it up and know the person that was working that night should get some positive feedback. we will come back because of her. I wish I could remember her name.”
