“Very convient, relatives lived only a few mins. away. We arrived about 3:15pm, got our room keys and went to our room. Our room had not been cleaned, called the desk and they brought us keys for a different room. The staff was very apologetic and very nice. We did have to wait about 20 mins. while they decided what room to give us. We will use your services again.”
