“The day that we were to arrive, I fell and injured my arm. I had to cancel the rest of my trip so I only stayed one night. The hotel desk clerk,. Cheryl, was so accommodating to me, she made sure that I received a first floor room. When I called "Booking.com" to see if I could get a refund for the remainder of my trip, the woman was soooo nice about it. I would recommend " Booking.com" to all my friends.
