“We arrived at little after 5:00 P.M. and our room was not ready. We were asked to wait 5 or 10 minutes and that was OK. The room was still not cleaned. The housekeeping manager contacted the check in manager. He upgraded our room for us to a beautiful suite. This was especially nice, because we were vacationing for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Well done Quality Inn North Platte, Neb. --Thank you.--”
